I left Henry Ford Health System because you work your butt off, no one listens, Supervisor was a total liar, sneaky, untrustworthy,!!! There was absolutely no one in management you can trust. Too much gossip from management! No enough pay, no appreciation for your work! MA’s are more skilled and knowledgeable than the nurses and management! The department I worked in, very messy, starting with the Nurse supervisor and Nurse leader. Just messy!!! I would not recommend no one to work there!!! West Bloomfield is very racist!!!

Everyone is over worked, tired, grumpy, unprofessionalism in many departments. Some family case workers not trained properly. Very uncooth. Some RN’s very rude. Doctor mistakes. Very unclean in cafateria, windows walls. Cardio department has more qualified workers, although cob webs under chairs in patients rooms & tray never cleaned. Poor management all the way around. Training for security should be 16 weeks especially if expected to police also. Should b contract with auto company to repair cars. Just my observation.
