Overall a very good company, but there are some major disconnects.
I learned to say no. Which is a good thing, but managment knows how to take advantage of individuals who can't/won't. This place would benefit from a union. Which shouldn't sound so intense if the company truly cared about their workers well being. I think managment forgets that those working with residents is what gives meaning to the business and - more... enriches the lives of the residents. A happier resident = good rapport.
