The place is always under staffed for the amount of care the residents need. People who need to be in skilled care are in an assisted living situation

Terrible.
Management is very unprofessional and rude. Get ignored, pushed away, or get an attitude when you need to talk to them. The place is great but management is the problem in that place. Your problems are never heard or taken seriously until state comes in. Extremely short staffed, staff that is there is always being mandated and working over 8 hours. Admin and the nursing staff could not care less about the residents or employees. Staff is over worked and underpaid, criticism is punished, and admin does nothing in cases of abuse. Residents are often left unsupervised in unsafe situations such as not being transferred to a proper chair. Many residents aren’t toiletted and left to sit in their own urine or feces for hours. staff is disrespectful...

There are amazing workers that take care of th3 residents above and beyond. There is such a great support team through all the shifts. Coworkers treat you like family!!!!

The facility usunderstaffed. There are residents who should no longer be in assisted living. The management is very poor. They do not care about staff or residents needs.
