The process in my opinion was a bit over the top. There is a phone interview, then an interview with one of the many managers. There is then a third interview, then they call to make an offer and then inform you, you will receive a call from HR with an offer letter. It took weeks and was disorganized.

After filling out an application online, they give you a call within a week or two. If getting hired at the beginning of the season you'll be interviewed in a conference room by one of 2-3 dozen managers. Any other time you're interviewed by one of the area managers in their office.
If they like you, they call you back by the end of the week. Then they have you come to the corporate office to take a drug test. While that's being processed, you'll fill out paperwork, get your picture taken for an ID badge, attend orientation, and schedule your first day of work.
Upon passing the drug test. You'll show up on your first day of work, and head over to the wardrobe department. There you'll be fitted for a uniform, get your badge, and your name tag. Then you head off to your first shift.
