Analyst (Former Employee) – Huntsville, AL – August 30, 2018
Worked for the company for over 20 years. The upper management is weak and unprofessional. They don't compensate their employees. Constant layoffs. Horrible communication. The parent company should review the direction of the company and based on lack of sales and profits should either sell off the business or shut it down. I would not recommend working for this company.

Hexagon is a great company to work for. They definitely go after the big contracts and are filled with knowledgeable people on staff. Their benefits and health care plans are fantastic and definitely hard to beat.
In my 11 years there, there were constant layoffs, no one was happy with their low salary, it was a tense miserable place to work. Eventually everyone got sick of being laid off constantly and found new jobs. They now operate off of those either too complacent to find a job, not willing to move, or new UNA grads. Please run. If you get any other offer, take that one. This place just leads to disappointment and feeling jaded.
They changed their name recently, to see reviews before now, check our Intergraph Government Solugrass.

This company has frequent lay offs and pays very low because there isn't much competition around for jobs in the geospatial field. They don't value employees at all and it's a miracle if you get a raise once a year. Sometimes you could be asked to work overtime off the clock. If you want to take a break at some post during the day then be prepared to stay late to make up for it. Far better jobs and companies are out there.
