decent job

if youre an apprentice you wont like it as much because youll be told that youre training to be a carpenter but a lot of the time youre treated like a laborer.

the crew of guys for HGC is a knowledgable group toasty enjoys working with one another and often helps and encourages a fun and educating work environment

Very friendly and laid back

From the moment I started my co-op here at HGC I felt welcomed. People learned my name, truly seemed interested in my college career and future career post-grad. They are very laid back and like to make sure everyone is happy and having a good time, but that shouldn’t be mistaken for a lack work ethic. They work very hard here and it shows immediately upon being hired.

Workday

The hardest part about the job is staying productive even when the foremons are being lazy. Started to learn some stuff then they kept moving me to different job sites so you could never learn.
