The providers and support staff work well and collaboratively together. Patients receive great care and compassion. Upper management operates on a micro-management model. Employees have very little input into operations, suggested improvements or processes. If problems arise, they are investigated by management and the appropriate employee(s) will be blamed, written up, instead of using problems as a learning experience and teamwork for finding solutions. As one coworker told me when I first started, "It is a punitive environment". They were accurate.
