Staff/career development program does not exist. Work/life balance is difficult. Poor communication throughout organization. Current CEO tends to micromanage, and other senior leaders silo their service lines.
Compensation is good for the area, benefits are about average or typical, and hours are are "normal" 8- 5, M-F, with federal holidays off.
