I enjoyed interning with higher logic. My manager was friendly, and did not micromanage. Still, he was always available to give me on the fly help when I was stuck with something. The office environment was very youthful, and as long as employees were productive, they were allowed to enjoy themselves. The office now has a hoverboard. I believe free and light environments have positive effects on productivity.
