It was ok
Working in geriatric care is a blessing and for that reason I enjoyed my workplace. Often employees had too much work on their plate, which led to low morale.

This place has wonderful residents. Most of the staff is nice to your face but will stab you in the back if you aren’t part of their group. I have also witnessed some activity that should never go on at your place of employment. Everyone knew about this situation but no one reported it to the DON. These two nurses that were involved should have known better or at least have been more discreet with their emotions

LPN Charge Nurse in Bella Vista, AR

This is great place to work from upper management to dietary. The DON and ADON will help on the floor everyday. [making beds, passing ice ect... ] The nursing staff includes LPN's and RN's. The nursing staff has impeccable nursing standards and knowledge of their residents. The staffing for all departments has longevity employment. Many CNA's LPN's and RN's have been there for over 10 years. The nursing staff treats their resident like their own family members. This facility believes in culture orientation for the residents and employees. GREAT PLACE TO WORK . COME JOIN OUR EXCLUSIVE TEAM.

This place is a horrible place to work, They will use you until you can give no more, then will will get rid of you. If you have young kids at home it would be a great place to work, they give those people weekends and eve's off. I have worked every weekend since I started (unless I requested it off) cause I dont have kids and thats NOT what I was hired for. The ONLY good thing about this place is the residents that live there and even they can't wait to get out of there. The management is even willing to go as low as to pit the staff against each other by spreading lies and he said/ she said about each other so they will turn on each other to help them "find something/make up" a reason to get rid of people. They hire in new at cheap and get rid of the old who cost too much. I am embarrassed to say I EVER worked there. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to live there
