They don’t necessarily have “vacation” day, instead they have paid time off (PTO). For a full time employee you receive 20 days (160 hours) of paid time off. You also have nine federal holidays off that are fully paid. Additionally, you have 1 day (8 hours) of volunteer time, where the company pays you to take a day off and volunteer in the community. As for the “vacation policy” their is a certain daily allotment of hours off and it is first come first serve.
A ton but only if no one else has off so call off a year in advance.
