Productive, Growing Company with Excellent Benefits
I enjoyed my time at Highvac. They are an established, growing company, with a good head on their collective shoulders. The benefits are great, and they have the most paid holidays of any company that I've ever worked for.

Great staff and management that cares.
The transparency of the company is very refreshing. Monthly team meetings show company financial growth and goals. 11 paid holidays over the year. Pay could be better but isn’t bad. I guess you could say that about most places though. The management team shows a clear effort to make pay and the workplace better whenever they can. It’s nice to have a management team striving to make better paycheck...
