Pretty good company

Pay is pretty ok. You get paid for everything you do. .53 to .65cpm while driving and 22hr while at a customer which is normally 2hrs ($44) to load and the same to unload.

Nothing bad to say. I put myself in a situation that would not allow me to continue to work there and it makes me ill when I think about it. Great company.

Fun workplace with room to grow and advance.

The company has invested millions in expanding its terminals. The trucks are not in bad shape, nor are the trailers. I have only been employed for one month and this is the best work place I have ever experienced. I've worked in the automotive industry, had 7 trucking jobs including the biggest freight companies out there. You will not be disappointed if you choose to bring your talents here. Management is open minded and just want drivers to make money. Dispatch is nice and will give you great loads. I love that the mechanics fix equipment issues ASAP and the fact that there are four washout bays on site is superb. I feel this company would allow me to own a fleet of trucks and lease them to have my own business soon. Their reputation is great although some drivers are lazy and do not care to help one another out. CSA score is a bit high, but it's from drivers that are selfish and don't care.

Productive place to work

Management is great ,they help in every way they can or refer you to someone who can and the drivers will do the same.In my opinion the benefits can't get much better.
