Over all the owner is a decent man, extremely poor management, the benefits are extremely expensive if you have a family it's over 1700 dollars, there 401K match is a joke, most of the equipment is in good shape, except for the trailers. Weekly pay is a plus. No slip seating, paid holidays, no sick time, you have to use your vacation time, and that's only if they approve it, which they don't always.

Not a bad place to work for as long as you have no questions to ask. Management doesn't want you to be inquisitive and question anything that goes on with the company outside your daily assignment. You are always wrong no matter what the situation and they are always right. Things were great until they cut hours to save money.

Management is horrible!!! Refuse to acknowledge problems and work at a solution. Sales is out for themselves. Great accounting department minus management.
