I would change the top heavy management. We had 4 managers for 8 people.
Also some people seem to make up their job titles based on convenience.

Upgrade all interiors, business equipment, do more for employees, improve infrastructure including training, job descriptions, expectations, pay non-exempts more.

I would keep an eye out on the performance of each employee and place them in positions that best suited them. I feel that having a meeting to illustrate the new job responsibilities is required.
