I applied for the position Customer Service Representative IIĀ in downtown Tampa. My interview consisted of three different individuals. Their questions were the typical customer service questions.. what would you do in the event of, how did you handle a situation when it came up. I have over 20 years experience in customer service and call center environments. I was willing to accept the $13.38 per hour plus pay a monthly fee of $96 to park my car in their garage if given the position. I thought it was a great opportunity to be able to work for Hillsborough County get my foot in the door and look for advancements. Unfortunately I received an email letting me know that other candidates had more experience than myself and they thanked me for my time! I guess I'll never understand that!
