I worked for the clerk for 12yrs and I only received 2 raises because their was a freeze on raises. The chief deputy and directors mistreat and ilegally fire their employees. This not a good place to work.
Only if you get appointed/promoted.. but unless its in the union contract for raises.. you get nothing.
