Pull nurses to the floor as a CNA especially for night shift to ensure residents are being changed and turned every two hours. Offer shift differential and incentives so CNAs will be willing to work night sgift.
Take better care of the employees. The turnover rate is exceptionally high, especially in dietary and nursing. There are reasons the employees seek out other jobs so often. Treat your employees right and they will treat you better.
