Engineering and Scheduling Chaos
CAD Technician (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WINovember 28, 2017
Management does not offer good communication and employees are constantly have to rush to meet unknown or last-minute deadlines. There is not a clear production schedule. Many of the core talent, of the company, have either left or been let go due to differing opinions.

HR cultivates a family feel with the employees

This business has grown a lot since I have been there so my ratings may not be the most accurate. At the time it was a fantastic, fun, and efficient place to work

Growing Pains
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIJune 30, 2017
A typical day is never typical. Change is constant, yet rewarding if you can manage. Just get it done culture. Management or lack there of provided a lot of freedom, great for an ambitious hire. The most difficult part of the job was trying to establish and follow company procedure only to have it change before any traction was gained, eventually coming full circle and going back to the processes and procedures that were in place at the beginning. The compensation and benefits were above average. From top management to the lowest grade employee the people made everyday enjoyable.
Pros
Opportunities Galore for Advancement
Cons
Lacking Strong Management Structure

A terrible place to work in the shop
Assembler (Current Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIJanuary 28, 2016
The second shift hours are terrible. Working until 3 am gets old, fast. The extra dollar for shift premium is the only second shift benefit. If you need to move to first, its next to impossible. I was abe to, but I'm the only one who has been successful, and around a dozen have tried. It's hard to speak with someone in the office. They moved recently and things are unorganized. Management is rediculous. If you aren't liked you will get the worst jobs and get treated like a lower class of person. If this doesn't make you quit, you will be fired unexpectedly and for no good reason. There is no room for advancement, and some new employees make more money than people who have been with the company for months and even years. There are rarely parts to complete jobs, and yet it's your fault the jobs aren't done on time. If you take your time and do a great job, then you are taking to long. If you go quickly and cut a couple corners then your work is sub par. If overtime comes up, it's mandatory and you might get a days notice, if any. No one cleans up after themselves, or fills empty hardware bins. The worst thing is that everyone gets treated differently. If you are friends with management, then you can do whatever you want. If you aren't, you better not get caught scratching your butt on the clock. Friends of management convince them to do the things that they want, even when it regards a different employee. If you want to enjoy your job, and be in a fair environment, you need to work first shift. Most of your coworkers are great. This was a good place to work  more... at one time.  less
Pros

Second shift, management, unfair atmosphere
