A typical day is never typical. Change is constant, yet rewarding if you can manage. Just get it done culture. Management or lack there of provided a lot of freedom, great for an ambitious hire. The most difficult part of the job was trying to establish and follow company procedure only to have it change before any traction was gained, eventually coming full circle and going back to the processes and procedures that were in place at the beginning. The compensation and benefits were above average. From top management to the lowest grade employee the people made everyday enjoyable.
