Team members are good to work with each other. The simple issue is that the Culture that is preached is not followed when it becomes inconvenient to the company. Employees are discouraged from asking questions how did something follow the culture. When request are made to have a meeting with HR, the meetings take months or years to occur.
CEO - more ... has changed since 2017, so the culture may have improved. - less
