What advice would you give the CEO of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel about how to improve it?
Make sure you hire respectable directors of operations who would take care of her employees, and not talk down to them and show a little caring about these human beings that work for her. Its not all about you and your life/ and think before you speak. This director says the most inappropriate things out load in front of employees and guests! Its soooo embarrassing! Needs management training. Actually threatened front desk employees!!!!!! She works against the staff not with them! Makes it a hostile work environment.
