When I interviewed they were enthusiastic to have me go on to the second interview. Then, I get this very impersonal email from somewhere addressed from an hr person saying I am not at all qualified for the job. Smh.

Pay the staff more in money,
& in benefits than the other So call hotel. Knowing there's more for them than a wage as they enjoy coming to work & each one is a family member, watching out for each other while giving Warm Smiles to All in the Hotel..
Customer Service awards in each dept & sit downs with them in making it work all the time..

Guest are always great but It really depends on if you have the resources and staff to complete your task and 2nd if the managers on your shift are "cover their butt" managers or actual real managers that help and not make things more stressful.When I work with happy calm management things always seem more positive and things get resolved quickly.
