they use you up and throw you away. While the pay is good the mgt will be on you everyday to produce new customers...doesnt even matter if you are at goal for the year they always want more. Dont ever think of calling in sick either you will get cussed out and hung up on.

Do not work here unless you enjoy 12-14 hour days for ridiculous pay. Management is a joke and forget about taking a vacation or sick day - you'll be trying to catch up for weeks. This company is so poorly run that its incredible they are still in business.
If it wasn't for the grandfathered-in benefits esp union, most would quit. Strike in 2014 was a hot mess, now if you join union they pay peanuts. So bare-bones for employee that there's not even a front desk lady at most places. Management refuses to fix anything no matter how dangerous it is to customers. At HQ they say there's no money but corp buys other co.'s and pays fat cats fat bonuses. At plants everyone's burnt out and some are miserable. Turnover's a SOB. Ice Mountain's eating our lunch. If everyone in mgmt were fired today and replaced with human beings, the whole co. might be saved. Running into the ground as of now.
