Awful can not trust. Strict is an understatement. You can not even go to a doctor appointment and have note. You will and can be fired. Every minute is taken and counting against you. It is not worth any amount of money. Stay Far Far away

High turnover rate because company does not seem to care about employees. It is very slow and you are often asked to leave early. People that are on the help line could be snappy with employees seeking help.

There is little care towards the employees because of the high turnover rate. People are moved around and treated little more than furniture.

Work environment has changed. No personal items on desk, cannot use paper/pens or have them on your desk just to mention a couple. People tend not to stay long due to management.

The work environment can be whatever you make of it. However, there is always someone or something that can bring it down. It is best to just focus on the work at times and not of others. It is a strict, office like job. You sit at your desk and stare at a computer everyday for your entire shift.

It's mostly ok. Lots of nice people there. The main problem is the Leaders 'TL's' are more concerned with themselves then the agents. They are good people and its more a HGS thing I think. They were trained to place themselves above agents so they really do not know any better.
