Poor communication with clients and employees, lack of proper facilities and benefits, values client over employees needs, no advancement opportunities, programs meant to help with networking get in the way of client work and make for longer workdays/weeks.

3 – 1200 ton chillers and 1 – 650 ton chiller, using 134-A refrigerant
8 – Air Handler Units (4 – 110,000 CFM – High rise) & (4 – 90,000 CFM – Low rise)
130 Air Column Units
Voltage familiar with 120V, 220V, and 480V
Building Automation System (Honeywell & Tridium) controls are DDC (varies)
VAV, VFD (varies)
Marley 3 cell – cooling tower
