Not a horrible place to work. But management could treat their employees a little better. The owner though, is a very down to earth guy. Who talks to the employees like they have value. Very poor benefits. Okay pay.

It's a small company, and you'd think you'd feel a sense of belonging within the office, but that wasn't the case. There were times instructions were not clear, and you're liable to be blamed for doing something you weren't to do, but were told to do. Management didn't take the time to find out how to better assist employees to be better. There was often a lot of gossip, and behind your back talking as if you couldn't hear in such a small space. The pay wasn't great. The benefits weren't great. The only plus was that it is a small company now owned by an employee who worked his way up, and got some good clients to transition from paper to electronic conversion.
