Nice place to work for a 1st shift job Monday-Fridays. People there are cool to work with. A lot of work to get done, if you’re a slow worker tho, you’ll have to pick it up.

The company offers PTO and benefits. However, working there they expect you to eat sleep and breathe HME. They expect you to want to work overtime. 6 day weeks 10 hour shifts kind of overtime. Most of the management is poor and forces you to do projects that fail because the management isn't aware of what is happening on the floor.

Great company they are very family oriented and when my father died they helped me and my family more than I have ever seen any company They gave me time to be with my family that I did not have to take off and they were very supportive when I came back to work

This place needs some major changes. Oppressive culture. Worse management. I was there 4 years and this place had changed presidents 3 times. They ended up hiring a management team from a competing company they have all since gone back to the other place. Good luck.

I enjoy helping people which is why I was at this job as long as I was. Once they see all you bring to the table they would ask you to do more but didn't bump up your pay. You can work a lot of overtime to get money but eventually you want to work less and get paid more. Once your done if you know your job well people will call with questions. Oncall sucks it is suppose to be just for items and issues that cannot wait for business hours, you will get called for any and everything because someone else doesn't want to deal with it or rather push it off on the driver
