Long story short, don't work here if you're expecting a job with fair pay and a good work/life balance. The manager I worked for did his best to provide the days I requested off, but his bosses were carefree and didn't prioritize anything that didn't have to do with a dollar sign. Most stressful 4 months of my life. My emotional and mental health declined GREATLY while working here. Oh, and a lot of the shift supervisors that have been with this company for 10+ years are racist. Walked into that one unprepared. Each time I complained, nothing was done.

Not for me. And, probably not for you, either. The turnover rate is extremely high. The employees are not supported. Management lacks the necessary skills to perform well

Management sucks it’s very hard to get days off when you request them on time, so they leave you no alternative but to call off! Short staffed all the time they have maybe about 4 people that are probably off on the weekends and you’re stuck working with 3 people on the weekend and if one calls off then you’re screwed the whole day because now it’s 2 of you working your butt off to get the job done. It’s not easy to move up at all.
Pros
No pros
Cons
Short staffed, under paid
