No support whatsoever. You will work 17+ hours a day answering calls after your 8-9 hour daily shift. Upper management works from home as they 'manage' you. You will be forced to work holidays at the last minute. Hire a live in nanny, you will need one.

My issue is the work you do the pay doesn’t reflex. You basically seeing all the patients that no problem but on a admit all the of a patients, you cannot sign the admit you done because the doctor has to sign like he admitted the patient. I felt like his scribe.

Overall very fair company, genuinely cares for the well being of its employees. Everyone is down to earth, lots of growth opportunities if your interested. Very welcoming work environment. Hard work but with lots of company incentives and recognition. Wonderful, growing company!
