Keeps you busy

I worked for a specific doctor at Hoag Medical Group and she was very busy all the time. I was always doing something, she was very appreciative. Upper management was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed and we were doing okay. I loved working for Hoag, I would definitely go back.

Insurance and pay could be better. Temp workers there get paid more than you do.

You have to brown nose your managers to get any type of advancement and the temp workers get paid way more than you. They want you do everything for them and bend backwards constantly and not get any recognition.

Stressful work enviornemnt

Working at Hoag Medical Group at the Huntington Beach location there was a serious lack of support from management and you constantly felt you were walking on eggshells and were going to lose your job if goals set were not met on a daily basis. Front office staff was constantly blamed for every negative incident that happened in the office.
