If I could rave about one thing and one thing only it would be Hoag's culture. The culture at Hoag is embedded in everything we do, you will see the consistency in this from the cafeteria workers all the way up to the senior management team. There is truly a Hoag way, and it reflects greatly in the excellent patient care we provide.

Great Benefits

Pro of working for Hoag were the great benefits. Pay wasn’t great unfortunately and a lot of micro managing happened. Utilized a lot of great skills I had but the position wasn’t for me.
