Hoag Hospital is such an excellent Hospital. There are so many opportunities for advancement and education. The value system is very strong and the bar is set very high for employee performance and Patient Satisfaction. The employee's are truly happy to work there so the work environment is wonderful. The work family is so important and valued!

Great place to work

Registered Nurse (RN) (Current Employee) - Irvine, CA - August 17, 2022

The hospital itself is very nice, both the Newport and Irvine locations. Fortunately, I work in a department that has supportive staff and I do feel taken care of. Pay isn't competitive compared to other hospitals. As with many units, not many chances to advance as nurses in higher positions usually don't leave until they retire.

Really enjoyed working for the hospital. The hospital and the people on the whole were great to work for. Engineering department itself wasn’t the best you had to be managements buddy to get advancements still not a bad place to work.
