Pro of working for Hoag were the great benefits. Pay wasn’t great unfortunately and a lot of micro managing happened. Utilized a lot of great skills I had but the position wasn’t for me.

What is the best part of working at the company?The best part was the quality of the subs they gave you. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management was oblivious to issues that were causing people to leave. No support. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?the work environment was great working with only one other person in my pod. Just like school. the good are great and the bad are the worst.

I worked for a specific doctor at Hoag Medical Group and she was very busy all the time. I was always doing something, she was very appreciative. Upper management was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed and we were doing okay. I loved working for Hoag, I would definitely go back.

Great starting place

This was an awesome place to work for those getting into healthcare like I was. You get to work in every department and really see how big hospitals function. Plus you are helping the hospital run smoothly and assisting patients.
