Patient Care Assistant in Newport Beach, CA

Working at Hoag as a CNA was such a great experience they gave a good amount to paid time off and sick leave. The staffing office was nice and so was the managers. I would work there again

Great company that truly understands to give patients high quality care is by taking care of their health care workers. Great work life balance and feel compensation is on the high end for a non union hospital
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant in Oncology dep.

Cardiac Scheduler in Newport Beach, CA
on April 20, 2022
Coworkers and patients are great. Company made sure we were completely trained on everything we needed. Management & upper management leaves something to be desired. No room for advancement. Micro-managing. The new manager they hired knew nothing about cardiology or scheduling, WE actually had to train HER and she was in charge of our department (ridiculous!) glad I left. I would have stayed forever if my old manager hadn’t moved to Texas
Lead monitor technician in Newport Beach, CA

Good hospital to work at. Flexible scheduling. Great benefits. Great location. Underpaid compared to other hospitals. Feel a bit undervalued at times.
