Answered by Hobby LobbyJanuary 8, 2018I have worked there for 3 years and have had pink hair, purple hair, pink/orange hair and mint green hair. My district manager has seen it and never said anything about it. On Wednesday September 3, 2020 whoever is above the district manager saw my mint green hair. After he was gone my STORE MANAGER and Assistant manager took me into the office and said that i must go home immediately and change my hair color to "normal " OR I can no longer work at Hobby Lobby! So I got fired. Good thing I had another job already lined up. HOWEVER.....my STORE MANAGER said I could go ahead and finish out my last 2 weeks. I said to him, I WILL NOT CHANGE MY HAIR COLOR! he said it was ok, he was sure no one will find out! WOW! the audacity of some people.
