Overtime doesn't exist where I worked. Full timers are kept at 32 hours and get told off if they get near 40. Part timers strictly kept under 27 hours.
Hours vary depending on location and Store Manager needs. Please speak with the Store Manager for more information.
In our store some full timers will be scheduled for 38/39 hours and then there are other full time people who will be scheduled 33-35 hours. When asked why some full timers get less hires the District Mgr. says all full timers should be getting scheduled the same. Benefits are affected when your hours go below 35 too!
I know the stores are closed on Sundays. Do the managers and co-managers get any other days off? How many hours do they normally work in a week?
It seemed like the managers and co-managers were there all day long because they were hard workers, but they managed to tag-team well. For example, the main manager would cover 8-5, and the co-manager mostly covered 12-8, but they changed up as their schedules demanded.
It depends on the time of year and amount of product needing to be shipped. I received a LOT of overtime from November to December.
