Dedicated Driver in Comanche, TX
on March 31, 2021
You make just enough to cover your overhead
Pay/compensation could be better, 44 cents per mile just covers your overhead. There’s not much extra left to put away. You’re out 5 days and back on the weekend, but if you need to get something done during the week, it’s almost impossible. The job itself is easy, but it’s far from challenging. There’s no room for promotion; you’re pretty much stagnant.

This position involved spreadsheets and non stop calls. There's no room for advancement or any real helpful pay raises. They don't care about covid-19

Decent job, long hours, travel for on site inspections, poor , dirty equipment, several different companies in one office, company pushes safety but does little as far as equipment to improve it. Quick to complain but slow to reward.
