Stable, family run business - has been here for 100+ years now. Ownership is hands on and involved and interested in the lives and livelihoods of their employees. Dedicated and loyal admin, sales and support staff at HQ and throughout the organization. Caring, employee friendly, and loyal - small business feel but large and growing company.
Upper management are slave drivers and they cultivate a culture of negativity and confusion and have no clue how the business is run.
All seems good at first until you figure out what really happens when no ones around. I have never been around a lazier bunch of people in my life. It’s always a circus and like your putting on a performance when anyone from corporate shows up. Very unprofessional and not recommended for sure. The diesel tech turnover rate is through the roof, mainly due to the over working during winter and after hours work. Then come to find out the shiftiest mechanics they have make more than they hired you for. The manager at this location is the most incompetent employee and everything that happens is always someone else’s fault. Show up, do your job, get paid, and don’t give care. Springfield location!
Turn over a lot of employees always have people going to school to replace employees
They don't pay nothing tell you they're going to pay something they don't tell me they started at $0.42 one want to give me $0.35
Relaxed but can be hectic based on time of year.
