It a cool place to work that offers decent compensation. Its hard to walk in and talk to people about time share but the opportunity is there to make make good money.

Good if you know how to sale. Recommend to those who thrive under pressure. Don’t come into this thinking it’s about the hourly cause it’s not. You will get laid off if you are not hitting sales

Leadership is Lacking in Communication/Transparency

There are better companies within the industry to work for. Pay and benefits are below average. There used to be a strong leadership team in place that the team trusted. However, it has gone downhill VERY fast and most (if not all) of those people are now gone. They lost a lot of great employees during the pandemic and they handled that entire situation completely wrong. They do not treat all employees the same way... You will clearly know who the favorites are. As an employee you are simply a number to them and your worth boils down to what your sales are at that point in time. They will give you the bare minimum when it comes to training and expect you to be a rockstar. Unrealistic expectations.

Training used to be better

Below average compensation, Favoritism among leadership, Undervalued, Lack of communication

Ok Company, Very profit driven. Sales is key!

Great company and product by far the best in “ Timeshare” but try convincing guests that in just a two hour time frame and land a deal at the end is the hardest part. They don’t trust “ Timeshare”. Period. I loved my job and the people I worked with. I had to quit for other reasons. However, I sold a nice deal before my departure and was entitled to my compensation in 3 weeks. That never came. I’m really disappointed in them. The deal didn’t “kick” and held true. My advice, if you take this job and have to leave it, if you have any pending commissions, make sure you stick it out until you get paid…. Then resign. I’m out over 1400.00.

Great benefits, flex scheduling

The word “ Timeshare”. Nobody likes it. It’s a hate word. They operate like one as well

Has potential

It was a fun place to work at times, with some fun co workers. Training was severely lacking and the internal politics made it an unpleasant work environment. Although I did enjoy the fun activities for the employees.

Productive and fun place to work

Excellent training and product. Day to day is presenting Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership benefits to its guests. Best management team, great commissions. Feels like a part time job, with time off when needed. My first year made over $170,000 brand new in the industry. You can do it too.

Great benefits/ not good on team work

I work with them company for 4 years you can definitely grow in the business and they do have good benefits. But they will over work you and there not big on team work personally to me. If they know your good at your job they would take advantage of that and have you doing load tons of work while everyone else could be doing less but you guys would be getting the same pay

Horrible Management

Management lacks, overall a very unmanaged and unorganized workplace. Understaffed due to staff leaving because of poor leadership.

if you like talking to people then this job is for you

they didn't really care about their employees. just wanted everyone you come in contact with to sign a contract for their time share. had you traveling everywhere in the dfw

The energy was amazing overall but I just wasn't a time share seller

If you are good at marketing then this is the place for you. Unfortunately that was not my strong suit but I did gain the knowledge of of transferable tools that I could take with me to another venture in my life consider considering the fact that they fired me the day after my birthday. You basically have to sell The time share or else See your way out of there. I actually loved my coworkers workers but selling time shares was not for me.. And by the way my position was A-day drive agent which involved calling at least 250 potential customers per day. They also have inbound calls as well Which was pretty cool. For those who made commission that was awesome as well because it's limitless. Some of my coworkers made at least $3000 a week.

Productive an Lucrative

*Pays can go as high as you want 6 figure earnings. *Great work environment especially working remote Since Covid-19*Big on sales (converting) *Hardest part about the job is to stay consistent throughout the call volume. *Company trips an gifts for your good work very acknowledgeable for your achievements.

Great place to grow and meet goals. Ofcourse it takes time to get where you want to be but it is very obtainable. I love that the pay is weekly and you have the chance to make more money

They ask for too much.

They ask you to go up and beyond. But you are not paid more. They ask you to do things that aren't your job and when you ask for help, or refuse. They say you aren't being a team player. The people are great people. But they aren't good managers. Grounds and Front Desk are the exceptions.

Good place to work

Good benifits, good pay, always something different. Long hours in high season. Could always move up or to different places. Not all managers were good but comes with all companies.
