Honestly, don't waste your time.
Call Center Inbound Sales Agent (Former Employee) – Arlington, TX – April 25, 2019
Training was great with a highly motivating manager that makes you believe in yourself and your abilities to do the job. However, once you are out on the floor, it depends upon the manager you work under, as to how well you will do. This company enjoys write ups, and after 3, you're out the door. Even though you bring in good revenue for this company, you must have a certain conversion rate to remain employed. My first level helped me tremendously in learning what conversion was, and worked with each of his employees based on their strengths and weaknesses. The sign of an exceptional manager! However, and I did not want to believe it, but my second level manager sabotaged my conversion, not one, but two weeks in a row, which ruined not only my conversion, but my sales, as well. And out the door I went, This could have been a career for me. Now there are only two left working for them out of our class of 12, in just under 3 months. This company has a high turnover rate in a short amount of time. They are just looking for fresh fish. Don't get caught up in this.
