How did you get your first interview at Holiday Inn?

Filled out application on indeed then head of housekeeping called me in for an interview and she offered me the job and I started 2 days later

I got the job by filling an application out and then the GM at the time asked one question, can you start tomorrow. Of course I said yes. I was there for five years, started out housekeeping and promoted my way up to AGM after 5years. I loved it for the first few years, when the GMs actually cared and were leaders. But the last 2 years were awful when a corporate management compliant took over and only cared about numbers and not the people.

Applied through Indeed, was called in for an interview within days. Had one interview that week that entailed speaking with the AGM and GM. Was called with job offer same day. They were very eager to have me start within the next day or two, despite knowing that it was not possible for me. I should have paid more attention to their desperate manner.

Looking on indeed file out application then they called and interview took place.

Applied in person. Interview on the spot.

Apply IN PERSON. Go into hotel and ask for application, fill it out right there and they will call you next day.

Through indeed . 2 phone calls 1 interview. 1 desperation hire 1 big mistake.

I walked in to Holiday Inn in Eureka California and the owner happened to be there. The place was being finished up for the Humboldt county university graduation ...He asked me if I wanted to work and I said yes...he said be here at 9 am and you can start. I never had an application ever and I worked there for years....I became head of the laundry department and my daughter became head of housekeeping. Those were the days, yes we had fun but we ended up being nurses aides......

Went on Indeed, put in application in and within 2 hours had a call for an interview. Went to my interview, was asked why I wanted to work there and was hired on the spot, being told that he "couldn't just let someone like you walk out the door without giving you a job." Made me feel good about the job... hopefully it wasn't an act.

I was phoned and came in interview lasted all about 5-7 minutes before I was asked to come in the next day. They didn't ask much actually they barely asked anything besides future plans and availability.
