Why do you expect all employees to work Holidays and not give Holiday pay for employees under 6 months. So when you have to work Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years but still dont receive any Holiday pay.
Housekeeping was 56 hours one week, and 40 the next. They refuse to pay over time.
They were a set time every day, so you knew what time you had to be there and what time you would leave.

Housekeeping schedule. Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm. You get 2 15 min breaks inbetween and 1 30 min lunch. Must be able to work 1 weekend day.
12 hour days minimum. They say 5 days, but expect to work 6 and holidays too.

The Holiday Corporation is good to their employees. They do follow up on concerns about pay increases and benefits, etc. When I make a suggestion for improvement to the managers they usually follow up on fixing procedures we have tried which are or are not working well in the dining room for the residents. The Holiday Corporation takes good care of the residents providing around the clock care to the residents who need it and asking if there are ways they can improve their stay in a Holiday Community.
