I would say they need more diversity in management. Diversity in general, but it should start with management. I believe this would help in PFS. If you don’t have a degree you are no one. If you’re not “young and pretty” you are nothing.

I try to do the manager's orders and keep the cooperation high.i also provide a friendly atmosphear at workplace.

I feel they need to look at the employee as a person and the thing they bring to the table. Instead of just a number that can be easily replaced.
