You’re interviewed by two managers alongside another applicant who is applying. You are both asked the same questions.
Really depends on your store location. Work is fast paced as a stock. Managers are okay. Co-workers are okay. The majority of your team will be in their teens so you have a more laid back vibe. (not laid back pace of work). I wouldn't say I would make good friends or any friends. But you learn how to be flexible with different types of personalities.
What would you suggest Hollister Co management do to prevent others from leaving?
I highly suggest that they give people reasonable hours. I worked at this company for a year and I would've been there longer if they provided me with decent hours. There were times where I did not get hours for a whole month which was unacceptable because I had to pay for college.
I have a interview within a few days. I'm going to wear shorts and a hollister shirt. I'm having conflicting answers on wearing the flip flops. Should I wear it with the clothes I'm wearing or should I wear shoes?
You should wear what bets fits to the store. The more casual the better.
Does Hollister have any physical requirements or policies that will prevent you from getting a job with the company (Ie: tattoos, piercings, hair color, etc.)?
Yes they do they dont like tattos on your face or neck and also they dont like crazy face piercings NYC addition
