Inventory Manager (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXAugust 19, 2017
No one is there to manage the illegal immigrants. If a cop car passes by, the "workers" run home for the day. Mindless nonsense and the front office spend 90% of their time just trying to blame someone.

Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXMay 25, 2017
It is a stressful place to work, however, the benefits are good. You have PTO and Vacation time as well. It is stressful and laid back all at the same time.
Pros
Benefits and vacation

Company will fail from arrogance
Miscellaneous (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXJanuary 25, 2017
The people that you worked with were great but in general the management ESPECIALLY Travis the owner were their own worst enemy. Most of the management there cant understand why the company isnt progressing yet they dont take the time to invest in their employees. Also, they get hung up on completely trivial things.
Pros
The People that ARE NOT management
Cons
Everything

A great start for my industry reputation
Vice President (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXJune 19, 2013
I started with this company straight out of college so I was "very green" when it came to stepping into sales and project management. Over the years I learned a lot and was able to establish a good reputation for myself and to help the company grow.
Pros
Personnel, diverse opportunities
Cons
Management, employee changes
