Company promotes values which don't exists in reality....
Manager (Former Employee) –  West CoastDecember 25, 2018
Large company speaking good vision , but... in reality -full of politics and discrimination....where every day ,instead of concentrating on work , you have to watch your back ...watch what you say and how people would interpret your behavior. Company with Exec Management with no integrity , dishonest, without desire to do the right thing...instead- following own agenda or benefits...Company -where results and talent don't matter...Care about employees- just a farce...
Pros
None ...Plenty better companies out there
Cons
Company full of politics and discrimination....

Awful Place to Work
Sales (Current Employee) –  Mt. Laurel, NJMay 4, 2018
This company brags about how great they are, but they're actually truly awful. The only way to advance is to suck up, you don't have to actually work, just suck up. The managers are condescending and act like they know it all. They constantly lie to employees. The pay is bad and raises are pathetic. They're constantly forcing pay cuts for employees. The culture is all a sham, they don't practice what they preach and it's more like a cult. It is no longer a family business, it's completely corporate. Corporate knows nothing about the retail car business so everything they decide makes no sense for dealerships. There's constantly meetings so no work can actually get done. The atmosphere is very stressful and morale is very low. Stay far, far away.

Sales/Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) –  HondaJune 18, 2018
If I were able to leave a negative rating, I would. Avoid Avoid Avoid!! You will soon learn that all leads are given to 1 person. Not a place where anything is fair. You will work hard for another person to sit at their desk and be handed everything. A waste of time, management and employees are a revolving door. The management judges every customer they see and have no shame about bashing a customer (behind their back) right in front of you. The same for fellow employees. They talk bad about all of them and then smile in their faces. This place is super slow, they can’t even give cars away, don’t waste your time. You’ll end up with McDonald wages if you’re not experienced. Chin-fil-a wages if you are experienced. Do not believe all of the fake 5 star reviews, they’re all bs. Trust the real ones that are from the honest employees. If not, take a gamble and find out first hand. This place won’t survive much longer. It’ll all be thanks to management.

Unless your related to someone with the last name Holman you can find a better place to work. Everyone there drinks the Kool aid but if your not an accountant there is no advancement.

It ain't like they say it is!
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  South Florida, FLApril 10, 2018
Maybe back in the day when the owner really cared about his employees it may have been a great company to work for. Now they bring in so many outsiders that are underqualified, it's pathetic. Nepotism and connections get jobs they are not qualified for. Their high line dealerships have "managers in training" to save money. These trainees do not belong in the positions they fall into. Hard work or automotive knowledge will not get you a promotion any longer. It 's a joke the way they run their business, too much attention to covering their butt paperwork, and not enough corporate advertising. This company needs changes at the top and particularly in HR, they are clueless!! Unless you're desperate, stay away, especially in sales, the quota system average is too much stress.
Pros
This company has plenty of cash flow.
Cons
Mickey Mouse, talentless, assistant management. No chance for advancement unless you know someone.

Management has no clue of what is going on
Sales person used (Former Employee) –  Pembroke Pines, FL, BMWSeptember 26, 2018
This place is a revolving door.
There aren't any ups and 80% of the sales force will quit before 12 months.
A few people get the internet leads and the kiss bottom ones that are in the managers bottom all day get the bones.
Bonuses change monthly and when you think you are getting paid for something you find out mid month that isn't the case.
Just look at the previous reviews and they will validate what I say.

Automotive Technician (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJune 1, 2018
The work environment was not bad. Business was slow at times which effects pay due to the flat rate system in place. For the most part management was great but as an employee you feel like just a number at times. My main reason for leaving was the inconsistency in customers and work.
Pros
good environment
Cons
not enough work

Great company to work for. Not profit driven like public dealer groups. Year end bonus program can earn up to 15 extra days pay! Company team building events. You are not a number, instead a part of the success. Management cares about your personal goals and professional goals.

Great place to learn at your own pace. After Computer base training, all emphasis is placed on on-the-job training. No base salary once you are done with training.
