Management is disgusting and lies right to your face . No faith
Offer realistic wages. EVS staff and new RNs should not be making the same. Also, they should look to hire more experienced managers/supervisors/directors. If it is difficult, then an adequate training process would be of much help. Lastly, they should look to enforce the Just Culture methods more. There's too much blame and disrespectful communication going on. No one will work in that type of environment, especially for the amount of money they are being paid.
Be more professional,look out for their staff stop the politics in work place
Its great if you are a RN you get to sit on your behind all day and call the PCT to do everything and lie on them if they are unable to do it at the moment 😗 No place for lay people
Increasing the rate of payroll.

Do not trust them over at HCH in Fort Lauderdale . They all need to be replaced from the CNO on down . They have ran the place in the gutter in other words DRAIN THE SWAMPS
