I would say about 2 weeks start to finish. If your application looks like you would be a good fit for Home Again, you will receive a phone interview and a time to set up an interview with the Community Director of the community you applied for. If your interview goes well. You will move on to the next steps of the hiring process. This should take about a week.

Generally 5-10 min. Than a second interview. By third, you are hired.
