Culture is very toxic. Sad to work with people who always think you’re arguing or being defensive when speaking up for yourself or trying to explain yourself. Funny thing is they are all sensitive and have issues owning up to their mistakes yet quick to point fingers. When a one woman band stands up for herself they feel threatened and that’s when the emotions take place in proper business decision making and upper management votes you out.

The technology was not in existence back then, or wasn't yet in use by the company. Cell phones were in existence, but smartphones were not as commonplace in 2006 to 2008. Certainly, some features of cellular technology were quite helpful such as Mapquest and SMS, in order to locate clients and to make contact with the office. Cell phones were defenitely needed--many times I'd leave a client, and would be called on the way home, to be sent to another.
