As a home health nurse you work with your patients one on one and the skill you have and gain increase due to the nature of the environment. You have to rely on your own skills as there is no team on site with you. You also have to make sure that you truly evaluate the patient's needs a you may be their only contact until you return for your next visit. - more ...
